Bombeke IOT Data Beyond Platform

We develop open source low cost IOT hardware devices that power and automate health facilities in low resource settings. Our devices help governments and its stakeholders to address unreliable internet connectivity, power, data transmission, data backup. Bombeke Platform is part of a network of IOT devices and provides insights from the data ranging from detecting outbreaks, anomaly detection like drug stock outs, missed appointments for HIV/AIDS, TB care and treatments or immunisation, to providing data analysis at both national level and facility level in real time. Our platform is not limited to healthcare environments, any stake holder can deploy the solution to address the high costs of automation at different levels. In healthcare, it addresses the interoperability problem by replacing the Open HIE registries with an enhanced addressing model.

Climatic Change & Food Security Solutions

Smart Kitara

Food storage quality and environmental monitoring Smart Kitara to provide low cost food storage solutions to low income and small-scale businesses in communities. We provide low cost environmental and quality monitoring of food storage facilities to address health issues resulting from toxins from unsafe food storage facilities. In addition, every small-scale business will be able to measure the emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases they generate. Regulating quality and improving environmental monitoring of the food storage facilities will reduce the emissions and over time, they will measure the amount of carbon credits they contribute through use of the carbon credits dashboard in the Bombeke Platform.
